Good to know

The home's interior has been completely renovated. There is 1 full bed and a queen sized air mattress. There's also a large recliner and sofa that both lay down nearly flat with the push of a button.

Other Details to Note

There is WiFi in the home, but please note that it's not the best as the home is located in a wooded area. The fireplace in the living room does not work. We do have a firepit available outside. Please note, this cabin is located in the woods and there occasionally will be bugs and other small animals in and around the house. Nothing that will harm you and we do our absolute best to keep everything out, but it might come up.

The Riverside Hideaway is exactly that. You'll go down a small gravel lane and pass two small homes on your right. This one is the last one you'll see.

Guest Access

You'll have access to the entire home and surrounding riverfront property. Please stay away from the tube ramp/building and other home.

Keagan was so lovely, very proactive and communicative. We ended up getting a little lost (due to my stellar navigational skills) and Keagan immediately responded with help and screenshots. The cabin was adorable and super cozy, it was so relaxing. We played games and enjoyed the local wildlife. They even have a little library with some amazing reads!! We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

We had a lovely stay! The wifi was out during our time here but we didn't mind, seeing as it forced us to be offline. And we were still able to access YouTube/Netflix/etc through the TV. Keagan also gave us a heads up on the wifi and we understood it was out of their control as to when it could get fixed. Otherwise, it was a great little home surrounded by nature. I highly recommend folks get there during daylight to find exactly where you're going. We're used to driving in the city and the darkness made it challenging to find the exact road to go down.

Last minute decision to book.Keagan was very quick to respond and gave easy to follow instructions to the Cabin. We will be back and will recommend to others. It was really nice to Float the River and have a 5 minute drive back to the cabin.

Place was great! Beautiful view of the river, lots of turtles on the banks and on tree limbs. Cabin was clean and had a full set of spices! Will be coming back! Only thing I would change would be the option to lower the thermostat, it was locked at 72 and I got a little hot. But if you someone who is always cold then it’s the right place for you!

Find us

There is ample parking near the home. Please park out of the main gravel area and pull up near the home. Ubers are rare so plan to drive yourself places.
